Anyone you schedule — providers, residents, rotators, MAs, students.Everyone gets an account and a personal schedule view at no extra cost.You're never charged per login.

Yes, HAL is included.The manager uses it from day one, and we turn on more of it as your team settles in.

How does the pilot work?

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, from your billing page — no email required, no retention call.Your data stays yours.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes — Orbit has iPhone and Android apps, in beta today and included at no extra cost.Staff sign in with the same account and get their day on the lock screen, widgets, and the watch.The apps are in beta testing today and arrive on the App Store and Google Play next — and the browser version is always fully capable, nothing to install.

How does pricing work for multiple practices or programs?

One price per practice or program.A private practice — or a department running one residency — pays one price per practice, set with you after the pilot.A group, GME office, or health system running several should talk to us about an organization setup.

What happens when something breaks?

Email support@orbitscheduling.com.We reply to every support request within one business day.If Orbit is down or you can't open a schedule, put "Urgent" in the subject line and it goes to the front of the line.There's no ticket queue — it lands with the team that builds Orbit.Details at the support page.
